we ordered delivery - there was a discrepancy in weight, the donuts were delivered in a box without a bag (just put on the floor), the appliances were not put down. the reason for the donuts themselves turned out to be different from what they ordered - no one was going to figure out the situation, neither Yandex nor pon cannon. we also ordered at the most physical point - the staff does everything that is most repulsive to the customer, and treats them with stale donuts, by the way, they also seemed to have spent the night in the order. disgusting attitude towards the customer
