We vacationed with my mother at this hotel from July 25 to August 1, 2024. A cozy, stylish, small hotel in the central district of Sukhum. In my opinion, the hotel is located in the most successful location in the city. Maya is a very friendly and helpful hostess of the hotel. The rooms are all as in the photo, cozy, beautiful and very clean, as well as there is always a pleasant aroma. The room was cleaned every day, bed linen was changed every three days. The hotel has an outdoor terrace with a kitchenette on the top floor, where it is pleasant to have breakfast in the morning and sit with a glass in the evening. Minor noise from the road did not bother us at all, there was good noise insulation between the rooms, we could not hear anyone from above or from the side, so I do not know what kind of noise there was in the reviews. In general, I spent a long time choosing where to stay with my mother, because I had already been to Abkhazia before and saw what conditions were offered. For me, this is the best price/quality/location ratio. We did not find any disadvantages. Thanks again to Maya, we will recommend this hotel to our friends and acquaintances.

Very cool mini hotel! There are 6 rooms in total. The rooms are very beautiful. They are equipped with everything you need: slippers, bathrobes, a safe, a fumigator, a refrigerator, it is very important for us that 2 pillows per person and a blanket for each (we sleep with my husband under different blankets), in the bathroom: toothbrushes with a mini paste, a travel set of gel + shampoo+ soap, a shower cap, a hairdryer. There is an insect net on the balcony. The room is very pleasant to be in. Everything is done with soul, comfort and pleasing to the eye. On the roof there is a lounge area with a summer kitchen.different options for dining areas. There is everything you need for cooking. There is also a clothes dryer. TV. On each floor there is a laundry room (you can use a washing machine from 10 to 20), an ironing board with an iron. You can ask for beach towels! We just took our own just in case) great location to the New dining room, beach, and center. Everything is close.
Very responsive hosts. You can buy homemade wine and chacha, my husband liked it) Thank them very much for a wonderful stay) this hotel met my expectations 100%%

A great clean and cozy mini Hotel! The hostess will always tell you everything . There is a kitchenette on the roof, you can always cook breakfast for yourself, as well as a comfortable sitting area with sofas on the roof. The room has all the amenities and accessories, towels and bed linen are changed frequently. The only thing is sound insulation, you can hear the neighbors, but this is the case everywhere. Wi-fi works well, there is a safe. I definitely recommend the hotel!

We are vacationing for the second year in this hotel, the location is excellent. Everything you need is nearby, within walking distance. The hotel has all the amenities: a living room, a private bathroom and a toilet. Cleaning and linen change every day, which is not unimportant!
There is a great veranda on the roof, a very cozy place to eat and drink wine, TV and so on. In general, there are absolutely no disadvantages!

I would also like to thank Astamur for his hospitality, help and wine) a person has a talent for doing absolutely everything with his hands, and in particular winemaking) I haven't tasted better young wine, I lost count of the amount I drank during the rest, I couldn't stop, it was too delicious
A room with a large bed, freshly renovated, constantly cleaned, on the 4th floor there is a comfortable area for rest and work, 300m to the sea in a straight line
The room has air conditioning, hot water, kitchen with electric stove, microwave, all kinds of dishes (plates, mugs, forks, spoons, knives, pots, pans,glasses, shot glasses, water cooler)
Wi-Fi is available on every floor, connect to any
Sometimes repairs are carried out in the city, because of this, electricity is cut off, the hotel has nothing to do with this problem, there is a generator, it allows you not to stay in the dark)
If you book a room in advance, you can help with the transfer from Sochi
It got chilly in November, so the hotel carefully provided heaters

We were here for Christmas in 2021 with friends. Very nice beautiful rooms, everything is new. The hostess presented champagne upon check
-in, and treated her to homemade cakes for Christmas. Individual slippers, bathrobes, towels were also provided, and there was a hairdryer in the room. There is a small kitchen on the floor, an open terrace upstairs. Convenient location, near a modern dining room. The disadvantages are poor noise insulation, but where is it good now in such hotels?)

The sound insulation is very lame! A very busy street, a lot of cars that are very audible in the room (perhaps not in all, because it was our windows that faced the road). Take earplugs and there will be happiness

- Let's start with the wild INFERNAL STENCH from the bathroom of your room, in the morning the smell was amplified by the fan turning on and off. In order to somehow survive in these conditions, I wanted to ventilate the room, but the windows overlook the road. As a result, you breathe exhaust fumes and enjoy the noise during your vacation. High? We continue our tour.
- TERRIBLE SOUND INSULATION, so you can hear absolutely everything your neighbors are doing all over the hotel.
- The hotel has a kitchen, it would seem very convenient!
but! (as without but))) there is nothing on it to help call it a kitchen.
THERE are NO plates, forks, spoons, knives and there is not even an elementary salt :))))
there is only a microwave and a kettle
- the hotel is very greedy for Wi-Fi, this is the first time I've met it. if you have a work trip and you have two or more gadgets, then you can use the Internet only on one device. Their logic is as follows: 1 person in the room = 1 device for the Internet....
- A steep staircase that you can hardly lift your luggage up
+ one of the advantages is the cute dog of the hostess of the hotel

Beautiful, spacious, clean room. Very friendly hosts, daily room cleaning. I really liked the terrace on the roof - we often had breakfast and dinner there. One of the disadvantages is the city center, there is a very busy road nearby, even closed windows do not save. We were here in the summer of 2021

Excellent location. A cozy atmosphere. There is everything you need to relax. There are many cafes nearby, but there is also a kitchen where you can cook yourself. It is 10 minutes to the sea through the beautiful territory of the MVT sanatorium. And most importantly, the good-natured and responsive owners of the hotel. I have been vacationing for many years and recommend it to everyone!!!
