I ordered a set of underwear from their online store, (on Thursday (I paid 80 rubles for the order)) They said that the shipment would be the next day (Friday). On Saturday, I remembered that I hadn't seen a message with a tracking number. I wrote, they said they would send it on Monday, and that's it! Silence, messages were not answered, the parcel was not sent, in the store (she was already on the phone) POLINA's employee lied that the parcel was sent on Friday, that it was all the mail's fault (initially there were excuses "I'm not working anymore", the next day- I'll ask you to answer on instagram (although she runs Instagram)) exactly a week later, I got a reply on instagram. They sent a non-existing track number (I mean that the parcel was not and will not be sent) IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION the parcel goes to my city for 1-2 days (it can rarely be 3 if it was sent late or on weekends)
I asked for a refund because I don't have any goods and I'm not expecting them. And, logically, she asked for confirmation in the form of a screenshot (I dropped mine to them, confirming that I had paid). I didn't get any money or a screenshot. On the 17th, I asked for a refund, they agreed, and on the 21st, I received a notification in Belpost's personal account that a parcel had been sent to me (using a different track code, which is logical, but it had not been sent before). On the 22nd, it arrived at my post office. Of course, I didn't pick it up and called the store again so that they could make a refund via mail. Today, on the 23rd, the money has not been returned to me, I'm going to write a statement to the police. I'm attaching screenshots, if moderation misses them, they will be fixed.

On the same day, I wrote to the manager in an Instagram message that I was missing panties, and I attached a photo. They promised to send it by the next shipment. And I'm still waiting. It 's been a month now . Sometimes they don't respond to messages, then there are regular promises that one of these days (tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, and so on every week) . The amount is not large, but the store's attitude is piggy.I have already written to the consumer protection group.

I ordered a set of underwear on Instagram, the manager assured me that the top would perform the fixation function, although after carefully reading, I realized that cotton would not hold the CD cup, they promised me that everything would be OK, I transferred the money. I waited for tailoring for about a week, they did not deign to write about readiness, I had to clarify on my own. The issue in this store, the fabric completely does not correspond to the one stated in the advertisement, is translucent, but it struck me that they put the order in front of me, looking at me they think what size to pack, I tell the seller at the checkout, it will be small for me, what you put in the fitting room the result was confirmed.
I refused the product, but they do not return the money, arguing that the underwear is not refundable, I took it out of the store, I also did not see tailoring in size, they are engaged in information gypsy, first they persuade me to make a payment, put a random size, and then they offer to choose from what is available.
I will write a claim in defense of the consumer, this is unacceptable treatment of the buyer.
I do not recommend transferring money to this seller before trying on the product in this store, otherwise you will find yourself in my situation.
