It's all about nutrition, but just like in any supermarket for food, drinks, chemicals and care cosmetics + dietary supplements are common - everything can be bought. There is a caveat - if you want to pay with a card, then the purchase must be at least 200 baht. In cash, in baht, it doesn't matter.
