Since I am a minor, I travel alone, my parents are divorced and they have different surnames. After describing the situation in detail, the staff promised to help with visa processing. They said that the best option would be through Spain. I paid for the service, and the documents have already been prepared by next week. The time for submitting documents has come. They made the necessary documents for me and I confidently went to the visa application center. But what was my surprise when, as proof of the certificate that I allegedly have $ 1000 in my account, they demanded a card. I had to lie about her being "at home." In the interval of checking the documents, I called this very agency. They said that this was the norm, they would agree on everything. After the deadline for reviewing the documents, a refusal was given. It was very insulting, I called the agency, asked "What about... you promised that the visa would be..." He said to try to file an appeal. It's been half a month. The visa was still refused. Reason: "unreliable purpose and place of the trip." I call the agency again (and meanwhile there were 2 weeks left before the planned trip and the tickets I bought), to which they answer me, they say yes, the Spaniards are refusing now, well, maybe let's try to go to the foreign embassy in a week... I did not make a scandal, but it was very insulting, and I feel sorry for the money given to them, and the loss of tickets. I really hope that they can really help other people. Maybe my situation is too complicated, but I never got a visa(((
