The hotel turned out to be an excellent choice for a holiday. The apartments are cozy and fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There is a kitchen with a stove and a washing machine, which is very convenient, especially if you plan to stay for a long time. In general, everything is done to make you feel at home.
There are two spacious and clean pools on the territory, which is also a big plus, since it is rare to find such a place in Phuket. After a day at the beach, it's nice to relax by the pool, and the area itself is well maintained and calm.
The beach is a 15—minute walk away, which is the ideal distance to take a quiet walk, and the beach itself is very beautiful, not crowded and perfectly clean. This is definitely not the type of beach where there are crowds of people, and it adds to the atmosphere of privacy. There are several cafes near the hotel with a varied menu, so it's not difficult to eat, as well as supermarkets to always have the necessary things at hand.
I especially recommend the rooms located on the southeast side of the hotel. The view from them is simply stunning — it offers a panorama of green forests and mountains, creating an atmosphere of privacy and tranquility. This is not just a beautiful view, but a real opportunity to drown in the greenery, enjoy the silence and be in harmony with nature. In addition, it is much quieter on this side of the hotel than on the pool side, where there may be a little more noise. If comfort and tranquility are important to you, such rooms will be an ideal option.
For those who are looking for peace and privacy, this place is just perfect. However, if you want to be active, you can rent a bike and explore other parts of the island. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and I strongly recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

I've stayed in many hotels, mostly five-star ones. But I like 777 the most and I often come here. Very cozy apartments are 20 meters away and at the same time everything is there. A full-fledged refrigerator with a separate freezer. A stove with a timer is very convenient. The shower is spacious. The balcony is huge with a table and stunning sea views. I especially like the round pool, you can swim around the island as much as you want. A full-fledged tennis court. I rented a court in Surin for 1800 baht/hour. Naina Cafe is generally the best I've ever seen in Phuket. About prices, it's nothing at all, compared to any vacation in Russia, anywhere. I am silent about Sochi, Sheregesh and the suburbs of any city. All the shops around the complex are superchip, big C, 7 eleven. There is a big lotus with fish and meat. The sea is amazing. A beautiful complex with a swimming pool! There's a delicious food restaurant across the street! By the way, seafood pizza is a real bomb!

A great place for a long or short stay. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary for individual comfort, there is a kitchen with a stove, washing machine, etc. There are two swimming pools on the territory. There are several very tasty cafes in the immediate vicinity with a varied menu for every taste. There are two supermarkets very close by. The beach is a 12-15 minute walk away - very beautiful, large, clean and sparsely populated. But not all rooms are equally comfortable in terms of view and noise - some overlook the road or the concrete courtyard where the pool is located.

Lovely Condo, clean, new. Everything works. There are two swimming pools on the territory, quite large and very clean, which is rare for Phuket. Everything is within walking distance, cafes, fruits and the sea. It is more peaceful than in the south, and this attracts. If you want to move, you can rent a bike and go south. I definitely recommend it.!

For lovers of a relaxing, quiet holiday! The condo was built, in my opinion, in 2020, but the pandemic has made its own adjustments and the full delivery has been postponed! There are still minor flaws, but in general, this condo definitely worked for me and my family.At least I'll come back here for sure, and if I'm lucky, I'll manage to buy one apartment. This is our second vacation here, so I can judge objectively. Last year, there were many more shortcomings, which are now being actively addressed. Compared to last year, the condo has definitely changed. More cafes have opened in the area, a massage parlor has appeared on the territory, there is a tennis court, washing machines, microwaves, refrigerators, televisions and cooktops in all apartments. The management company was fully operational, which began to affect the cleaning of the territory. But even if there are some shortcomings, they are more than covered by a simply AWESOME beach-clean, snow-white, emerald-colored water, sparsely populated. In a word, as in the bounty advertisement! In general, anyone who understands that Mai Khao is not about parties will definitely like the location, and in particular 777.

I lived in 777 for several months. And what I want to say is, if you withdraw for 9000-15000 baht, then everything is OK. You endure dirt and ruin. But if the price is much higher, then it's just strange to live there when there are other condos. It is more comfortable to live in the low season, as there are no neighbors around at all. As soon as people arrive, the audibility is just hellish. I sympathize with those who come there on vacation for a couple of weeks. This is definitely not a place for relaxation. There are few sun beds, no umbrellas. There is no toilet by the pool, it is not super convenient. The cafe in the complex is closed. There is no gym. All commercial premises are closed. There is a huge garbage dump next to the building. Cockroaches are chasing back and forth like full-fledged condo residents. The territory is not fenced off from outsiders, the cameras are not working, the entrance to the complex is free, anyone can come in. There are a lot of unfinished apartments and because of this, the noise from repairs is very often heard. There are no rules of conduct in the complex, so vacationers hang out freely, drink by the pool at any time, although for some this is a plus. They clutter up the corridors, and you walk around like you're in a dormitory dump. Of course, there are advantages - these are the apartments themselves. If you choose carefully, there are excellent options with a good view and a new renovation. That's all. And yet, electricity is more expensive than the usual (urban) tariff, about 10 baht per 1 kilowatt, when it is usually about 4 baht. Less than 100 baht per day, you will not be able to get out. Put it in your budget. The beach is a 15-minute walk away.

Hello friends, Condo 777 is located in the Maikao area near Phuket International Airport.
