I went to this gym for a year and was very satisfied. Cozy, friendly staff, a sufficient number of exercise equipment. After the renovation, it's generally a beauty. If I hadn't moved, I would have continued to walk.
I studied with coach Ruslan. He supplied me with the technique and made sure that it was done correctly. Almost every class had new exercises/combinations of exercises, so I didn't get bored with training. I am satisfied with the result - I calmly gained several kg of muscles and forgot about back pain from sedentary work. The figure has also changed for the better. Ruslan knows a lot of all sorts of tricks in order for the buttocks to grow, not the hips.
In general, I recommend it.

A pleasant gym . Everything is new , the simulators are good . The staff is attentive, the shower cubicles are all ok! The price is nice . I went on a one - time basis ! Hello to the staff)

Nice gym, clean, new exercise equipment, there are pears and a mannequin to beat) The staff is polite, there is a choice of sports nutrition, vitamins. The locker room is cramped, but it is compensated by cleanliness and a comfortable shower. It would be great if they would let 1fit in the evening.
