I rarely visit element 5, and after today's "consultation" I will be even less often. Yes, they chose a budget phone, they asked us to offer us options, since there were a lot of availability on the site, but only a couple on the showcase. Apparently, the consultant was upset that our purchase did not meet his expectations. Therefore, we were literally poked at those couple of models that were on display without explaining the difference and functionality. When I asked to offer us something more diverse, since there is much more choice on the site, we were "invited" to go to the site ourselves, find the model ourselves, and if it is available, then they will show it to us. Or, again, order it yourself if it is not available. Of course, I asked the girl to behave more correctly towards us. Nevertheless, we came to the store and want to be provided with a service. Seeing the conflict from the outside, another girl came up to us. She did a great job, immediately took us to the computer, began to tell us, recommend. We even began to define ourselves. But the first consultant decided that he had expressed an insufficient amount of disrespect to the client. And standing next to us, and wedging into the consultation, she began to interrupt, comment and discuss us. When asked to step back and not interfere with our choice, she refused. We left and we don't regret it. Let's go to the salon "In touch". The consultant there is just a smart girl. He spent 15 minutes on us very politely and kindly. Without asking or unnecessary persuasion, I took out about 6 phones, told everything, showed everything and explained. As a result, we left with a purchase 2 times more expensive than we had planned and with the feeling that their customers were respected and welcome. Question: Did the "5th element" lose only one customer with a purchase of 400 rubles? Not if they really want to run a successful business. They lost about 10 customers and much more revenue. And everything is simple - our negative experience will spread among friends and acquaintances, as well as in reviews on websites. As well as our recommendations from another store. "Element 5" is a beautiful and large store, but they obviously save a lot on education and training of staff there. There is so much negativity in life, and getting it for your own earned money, well, that kind of thing.
I took a robot vacuum cleaner, the model is expensive, I was worried about the warranty. The consultant explained all the conditions, told how the service works in case of emergency. It's working fine so far, but I'm confident that if anything happens, there won't be any problems.
