The imposition of an additional guarantee in any of the 5 Element stores is very strong - but in fact it is still nonsense.
We bought a vacuum cleaner, the factory warranty is 1 year. This Additional warranty was imposed on us with an extension of + 2 years.
They said that you can do whatever you want with a vacuum cleaner, even throw it off the roof of a house. There will be no problems, everything will be replaced or the money will be refunded.
In fact: 1.5 years have passed. The vacuum cleaner began to make a lot of noise and the traction was lost. I brought it to the store, they told me that this is not a warranty case. They took it for diagnosis - they revealed that it was not used for its intended purpose (construction dust). And they refused to replace it.
As it turned out, according to this additional guarantee, it cannot be replaced.
Bottom line: the warranty is valid for only 1 year for factory defects.
And the additional warranty is valid for 1 year after purchase. And the rest of the time goes to factory defects.
Don't spend extra money for this nonsense
