A year ago, a vertical vacuum cleaner T10 Dreame was purchased. The seller was informed that we have a small child who can break brushes, nozzles, etc. And also told about the situation that happened to our friends who had a broken brush, and there are no spare parts to buy anywhere. In turn, the seller convinced us that by purchasing an additional two-year "protection program" warranty for 80 rubles, if the above situations occur, the damaged part will be replaced. In fact, when the brush broke, we were told that the warranty covers the electric motor.
