I also bought all possible safety glasses and a one-year warranty program + a protective case in another store. So, almost after a year of warranty, I contacted their support center because the phone was already completely on fire. There were no severe physical injuries on it, it never fell and was often used for studying and playing games. So, the girl at the reception explained that you need to reset the settings to factory settings on your phone and see how it will behave for a couple of days, and only then come. I did so, it helped for a day and after a few days I came back. The phone was taken away, given a temporary replacement, which was worse than a calculator and even worse slowed down. But at least I could call you. After some time, I received a text message that the phone was ready. I came to the service at 20.30 and there was already another consultant. Anyway, their shop closes at 9 p.m. and he didn't want to have anything to do with me. He needed to provide some kind of piece of paper that they gave me when I handed over the phone and that he Allegedly could not hand over to me without it.
