A place of homemade fresh and stunningly delicious food! Samsa is great, as are the sauces that are served with it. Everything is spotlessly fresh. The atmosphere is quite austere, but the food is worth coming here. Made with soul and for people. I admire places where you can taste really delicious and freshly prepared food. Thank you to the owners of this institution for living not only for themselves, but also for people.
Kokand is famous for its samsushka. Samsa is one of the oldest, but it is worth working very juicy and delicious. And the manta rays are delicious next to it.
They came to eat at this place, the tables are dirty, they don't wipe them until you ask, and when they wiped it, it's unclear what changed, how dirty it was, and it remained. They wanted a menu, but there is none, the prices are probably out of my head. They brought a samsa the size of a child's fist, it is unclear where the price of 10,000 for such a small thing came from. They also brought 2 sauces that we did not order, at the end they were included in the bill. And the most interesting thing is that despite the signed prices before the name of the dishes in the receipt, the price was higher, apparently it was added on its own for the excellent service.
We specially went here to try samsa, the expectations were met. And really, the most delicious in the city, the barbecue is also excellent. Do not expect good service, but everything is fast, you can take food with you.
We planned a trip to this institution even before arriving in Samarkand, based on reviews on maps and the Vinsky forum.
We sampled 10 pieces of samsa, a skewer of liver with lard, veal and lamb without bones + tea with lemon and three servings of fresh vegetable salad.
They gave less than 300 thousand soums for everything (it's fine for three, in principle). Although we didn't see the receipt, neither did the menu with prices.
The cafe has a courtyard with trees, umbrellas and sofas, but it was already hot there at the end of May. There is an air-conditioned room, but it was busy on Sunday at about 13 o'clock.
The impression is twofold.
Our service was quite fast, there are no complaints about this.
The dishes were dirty in places, wiped with alcohol napkins for injections and norms.
The tea in the teapot is bagged Akhmat, but half a lemon in the teapot gives the tea a very pleasant aroma.
Samsa was taken out of the tandoor right in front of us. Crispy, fragrant, 5-7 centimeters. Honestly, I won't say that something incredible was eaten better (the opinion of three people). They didn't finish there, they took it with them. So after a few hours, it suddenly tasted better. I don't know, maybe that's how it should be.
Barbecue. Unfortunately, I did not like any of the species, we did not finish it.
Just a cannon! This is really NUMBER 1!!!
I recommend, after this samsa, it is not possible to eat another one, the nimble staff! The place is not cozy, it's a little dirty, but Samsa is a bomb to be honest, and you can also buy dough for cooking at home, definitely better than a store!!! As is
Very tasty samsa.
And the crumpled shish kebab, well, that's what the waiter called it, turned out to be well fried.
Horseradish is served with samsa in the form of sauce.
We read the reviews, and even friends advised us... We came across the city on purpose. As a result, the most ordinary samsa, moreover, is small and expensive. I don't recommend wasting time.
They cook very tasty!
Samsa is amazing! The kebab is delicious. I took off the star only for the fact that they do not clean the tables well. The guests have left, and the leftovers and dishes lie until the next guests, and only when they begin to clean and wipe the table.
One of the iconic places on the culinary map of the city, which is a must-visit. For several decades, the owner of this institution, Rabim aka, has been maintaining the perfect quality of cooking his famous somsa. In addition, in his restaurant you can taste other masterpieces of Samarkand cuisine, such as shurpa with pie, various types of kebabs, khasib and much more.
The most delicious samsa in Samarkand is here. I recommend it!

I came here to eat samsa on the advice of the locals. The meat in samsa is chopped, tasty, juicy. Very tasty. I asked for coffee - they made it freshly brewed, but not in the coffee machine. Special thanks for the coffee.
One of the best places in Samarkand with delicious samsa. You can eat a lot and without any discomfort for the stomach. It is safe to bring visitors to the city. Thanks
Awful... apparently it's not the season and the attitude towards tourists... Well, that's it... I ordered a shurpa.... Well, no, this is absolutely not what I ate in Tashkent.. The vaunted samsa does not look like samsa at all... and again, it does not compare with the Tashkent one.. heaven and earth..
They offered a local sausage for a sample... it would be better not to bring it.. very specific.
In general, I went there because I read the laudatory reviews and was deeply disappointed...(((
A delicious, hospitable place! Samsa is amazing! The kebab is juicy, the meat is soft! Samsa is served with sauce!
It's a pity that we found this place before leaving (
P.S. order samsa immediately from 4 pieces per person)))
