A normal place for carbon monoxide dancing until morning. It's not a big place, but it's even more fun this way. The clientele is all sorts, sometimes extremely inadequate. But mostly peaceful and cheerful. The menu is acceptable for this level of establishment. The food is delicious, at least the one that was brought to us. The prices are average. The choice of alcohol is sufficient to just relax, and screw up or treat a lady.

Good evening, I would like to share my impressions about visiting this institution. I would like to say a few words about the service and the kitchen.
There are no complaints about the serving and taste of the dishes, honestly it was delicious! The whole company liked the dishes, special thanks for that. Then I would like to say about the administrator Polina, who apparently did not come to work, but to flirt with the guards and bartenders, we watched her behavior all evening and besides the fact that she was standing near the hangers with a languid face, we saw nothing. The receptionist didn't bother to take us to the table, because the phone was much more interesting.
I hope the authorities will take note of this and take any measures!
I would also like to thank the work of the bartenders and waiters.
All drinks and cocktails were at the highest level, the bartenders were polite and friendly, helped to choose the perfect cocktail to taste and strength. We have no complaints about the bartender, only positive impressions! I will also say a few words about the waiters, I would like more of them, the girls are really classified 👍
Dirty dishes, utensils and napkins immediately disappeared from the table. Very friendly to the guests!
They know their business 100%!!!
There are complaints about the music and the dance floor. There is very little space on the dance floor, but this is not the fault of the institution, but simply because of the high demand, since there are not particularly good places from the word for two cities at all ....
The music is the same as everywhere, they include what is fashionable, but it's not bad, but I would like to dilute it!
I can't ignore the guards either. Security guard Roman is a very cheerful person, always kind and positive. I would also like to express my gratitude to the guard, but unfortunately, I could not remember his name, he will always help and solve any conflict situation!
The only impression about the evening was spoiled by the administrator, who was not at all interested in the guests from the word.
There are no complaints about waiters, bartenders and security guards!
I will definitely visit this institution, even in the daytime with the kids!!
Unfortunately, I can't give 5 stars because of the work of the administrator.

For us, this place seemed to be the best in the city. I liked the interior, the integrity of the menu and the delicious food. Prices are closer to Minsk than to Polotsk. The mushroom cream soup was very tasty, when we had no fish in the kitchen, we had to take a steak made of marbled beef. The roasting of the meat was on order. The side dish to the meat did not seem very tasty: the pickles were normal, but the grilled vegetables were ambiguous. But, by the standards of non-Minsk, I really liked everything. The karkade tea was wonderful. If you want to eat delicious food, then choose this place. As it seemed to us, he simply has no competitors in the city.

Now about the kitchen. I do not know who writes what is delicious, I would like to know what exactly))) We were a family, we ordered quite a variety of dishes. Everything except children's pancakes with cheese and ham was not tasty and bland, and beef steak is a separate story, instead of medium roasting, they received a great dan, but God be with him, but he did not cut with a knife, and the meat was extremely smelly, the cow apparently died at an advanced age))) I've never tried such horror in my life, I had to run and spit it out(((
The waiters are not attentive enough to the guests.
I strongly recommend the owners to change the cook!

Check the receipts carefully. I made you recalculate the amount 2 times. Then the extra alcohol was prescribed, then the extra 4 portions of hot.
The impression and mood of the birthday girl were spoiled by such incorrect work.
That's why only the chefs and the sweet waitress who served us deserved the star.

Cadres decide everything. This is exactly about this institution. Or as lucky as you are. I do not know if the cook has changed throughout the entire time since the opening, but what was stated in the menu did not coincide with reality.
It's atmospheric. Comfortably. The menu on paper is decent. The waiters serve quickly and efficiently. The food is well thought out. But the reality in the plate really lets you down. We were on Monday and Tuesday with a frequency of several weeks. Maybe it was just bad luck, and it turned out that way, but the ingredients in the Shopsky salad turned out to be “drunk”, the feeling was that they collected the leftovers after the banquet. Even the huge amount of pepper in the sauce did not disguise, did not save.
Once in the winter, we ordered tea and Strudel. I ask: Baking or freezing? They answer: Themselves. They bring it. Serving-Yes, a ball of ice cream, syrup. I cut it, I understand-No, freezing. The dough is not at all what it was when it was opened, and the inner filling of the apple and raisins shrunk into the “cruelest” dried fruit. Well, somehow, no luck. Although initially, when opened, Yes, the Strudel was delicious. It was after an acute period of adventure with the “Crown”. Perhaps this has also affected the quality of the kitchen. After the salad and strudel, the desire to taste further disappeared.
Perhaps something has changed at this stage and you will be more lucky.
