It's an unpleasant place, the staff with faces like they're being forced to work with people. The reaction to a cash payment is rolling your eyes. There is too much lavash in the shawarma, besides it is raw, the sauce is bland, the chicken is cold, tasteless and feels like it is not cooked there) And they bring it ready-made, but frozen. It tastes terrible
The prices for such a quality of service and the quality of shawarma are not justified. There are a lot of places nearby for the same price, but where you won't be spoiled by a terrible cold chicken or a disgruntled face🙄

I came in at lunchtime. The queue is relatively small. There is not enough administrator, since the guys are both cooks and administrators, it does not work very well. There is no tea or coffee. The lavash in the shawarma is completely raw, the filling is good and quite tasty. The only advantage is a 20% discount.

09/19/24 ordered cheese shawarma and pepperoni pizza for delivery. The chicken in the shawarma was immediately confused by the smell, it was a mistake to eat it, but what can you do?I've been poisoned , I've been living in the toilet since 4 a.m. and I don't know what else will end up. I am sure that this is exactly a spoiled chicken in a shawarma! You saved on customers and clamped down on throwing out the delay, you lost a regular customer! Previously, everything was always good in this place, I often ordered delivery,I live nearby and was satisfied, despite the slightly boorish operator who takes orders by phone. They always had excellent couriers.
