If I don't come, one window works forever, there are a lot of queues, but there are two windows. I was outraged by today's situation. Usually, an SMS always arrives upon arrival of the parcel and an additional call is made. But on the 19th the parcel arrived, no one called and no SMS came. And I can see by the track that it has come. On March 25, I received an SMS saying that the parcel had arrived and I could pick it up, since I decided to call the call center and clarify the work schedule and the call center told me that the mail was open until 2. What was my indignation that the mail was closed! The call center said that we would send a complaint, when asked why the SMS did not arrive, they told me that it was not their fault, and therefore I had to contact the call center by my phone number. I have a question why the post office is resting for 5 days, although according to tugis it shows that they are working today, but a shortened day! They rest from 20-25 ! This is outrageous (I'm posting a photo!)

The staff is polite, as she babysits pensioners, so I didn't have enough patience, and the fact that she's the only one is not her fault.

Great post office! Thank you for moving from Ukrainian to Ostrovsky, it has become much more convenient not only to get there, but also to do your business along the way!Kazpost employees are always polite and attentive, they will listen and tell you, thank them for their work!
