The purpose of the visit, according to him: "From 1.01.2025, your cable TV service contract is automatically closed, our company is switching to new contracts, and therefore we need to conclude a new contract that comes into force on 1.01.2025." Well, we thought, we don't need to go anywhere. We have signed a new agreement. And then we learned all the "charm" of this representative's visit. It's time for payment and all the details of our connection have "surfaced". As it turned out, our old agreement did not terminate, in addition to the old agreement, we were given another one. And accordingly, the payment was calculated under two contracts. We found out about this when a representative (the same Vladislav) called and said that we had a debt and needed to be paid off, I couldn't figure out how? after all, they paid every month. When I asked him for a contact phone number to talk to about payments, as it turned out, he was taken away: "yes, because you have two contracts, if you want to close the old one, go to the office and close it." I was shocked, how are the two contracts? I ask him: "Didn't you say that the old agreement automatically terminates from 1.01.2025? To which I received the answer: "I don't know anything." How can you work with people like that???? I understand that the management brings the plans that need to be implemented. Well, not fraudulently!!!! With this attitude, you stop trusting anyone at all. We wanted to completely disconnect from this service representative, so only with penalties. Now the question is, would you like to apply your penalties to the employee??? Why can they be applied only to the consumer??? And who will be responsible for this situation on your part, or is such work of your employee the norm?
