Very good gym for ordinary people who want safe training equipments for being fit. In addition, the smart gym is considered as a HIIT which covers full body program within 35 minutes.

It's not a bad gym, but I expected more.
The measurements that are made at the very beginning are no different from the data of smart scales, the program is standard for everyone. Circular training on 8 simulators for 2 laps, 5 if there are a lot of people, you will have to wait so as not to break the sequence. In general, it's not bad, but if there are contraindications to one of them, then there's nothing to replace it, and the effectiveness of classes decreases. The simulators didn't suit me. The coaches are ordinary guys with no medical education. The locker room is located inside the gym, which is also not very convenient.
Among the advantages: clean, tidy, affordable, lots of promotions, no need to pay extra for a trainer.
