I had a very disappointing experience with this photo session studio. Unfortunately, I arrived late due to unforeseen circumstances, and instead of showing any understanding or willingness to accommodate me, the staff was incredibly rude. They outright refused to help me reschedule, repeatedly emphasizing that my deposit was non-refundable.

Today we were at a photo shoot, very cold rooms, straight icy, everything was frozen. The studio staff are toxic and boorish. The studio is located in a standing building where there is no heating. when booking, no one said that it was not heated. I Do Not Recommend It!
