A cool coffee shop, very tasty dishes, unusual. Cozy, clean, atmospheric. The only thing is, the staff is not very friendly, it seemed like we came to their house to eat. But even this did not spoil the impression of this place.

It was our first establishment in Minsk. It works from 8 a.m., which is an undoubted plus. The place itself is cozy, clean, but a little overloaded with additional items. At 9:30 a.m., there were a sufficient number of people in the coffee shop, but only 1 barista was working, which is why orders were given around the bar for about 15 minutes.
We took cappuccino on coconut, cascara, scramble with cheese and cheesecakes. It is worth saying right away that everything is being prepared very slowly. If you can wait for breakfast for about 40 minutes, then please
The food itself is very tasty. The scramble is delicious, not overexposed; the bread is crunchy, and the greens are fresh 4.5/5
Cheesecakes are beyond praise! They vaguely tasted like crumpets. Crispy, but not greasy or sugary. Sour cream toppings and cherry compote complemented them perfectly. 5/5
The cappuccino was absolutely a failure. Tasteless and bitter 2/5
Cascara was also slightly overexposed during brewing, which made me unwilling to finish it 3/5
In general, you can go, but I think there are places more worthy

The place is very pleasant and nice. I am glad that breakfast is prepared until 18:00. We took a Copenhagen egg, a cheese Scramble and pancakes with salmon. Everything is very tasty and looks beautiful. The music is pleasant, the place itself is decorated with plants. For lovers of unsweetened coffee, I recommend cherry espresso.

Interesting. I wrote a review about the Coffee Shop 26. And now it's just a Coffee Shop))) Coffee Shop 26 had Really DELICIOUS NON-HOT coffee, as well as a miracle DIET cottage cheese dessert to take away "CHEESECAKE". I tried to repeat the dessert at home (it would seem soft cottage cheese, ground cookies and fresh strawberries or black currants), but apparently there is a mystery in the recipe, so I replenished the coffeehouse cash register almost every day!)))
I see that the sellers have remained the same, perhaps the review is also relevant then)
In 2024, they stopped making such a dessert, but it's a pity... It was really delicious!
I suggest adding it to the menu again)
