We really enjoyed our stay in Swallow. Cozy wooden house, clean, fine bed linen, towels, hair dryer, necessary set of dishes, nimble WiFi; 5-7 minutes to the sea through the forest.

A good place to relax. Nice price tag. All the houses are identical. The house has a bathroom (sink, shower, toilet, mirror), no hair dryer. Each room has air conditioning, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, a sofa, a bedside table, a table, a bed, a TV and a chest of drawers under it.
Of the cons: it's a little dirty, Wi-Fi in distant houses works very poorly, digital television was not paid for on the TV. Otherwise, only positive impressions. There is a good XL cafe nearby (tasty and very humanely priced).
Closed parking for tourists' cars.
The beach is 3-5 minutes away through the grove.

We were in late May and early June 2021, we liked everything very much, we cleaned every 3 days, the sheets are perfectly white, everything is in the room (you could add a microwave and another clothes dryer). There is a cafe nearby, the prices are reasonable and there is also the most delicious khachapuri in Adjarian, wherever it was possible to try. 5-7 minutes to the sea through the forest, the road is illuminated. I liked everything very much, I advise you, I want to go there again)

A nice, calm and most importantly clean place to stay. A separate house with all amenities, cleaning in the houses friendly people. There is a cafe right next to it, where you can always have a delicious breakfast. You will have to walk to the sea for 7-10 minutes (there is a path closer), but this does not cause any difficulties.

We've been here for the 2nd time.
Great location.
Houses made of profiled timber, quite new. In 5 days, they cleaned 1 time, but we didn't litter either. The beach is 7 minutes away, near the cypress alley.
Quiet, there is a large Parking lot.
The owners are polite, but they don't really respond immediately when booking. Just write twice)

After booking the accommodation, no one called back, they tried to call several times - completely ignored. Should I call the client back? No, you haven't heard... I will look for another place to stay, so as not to stay on the street with a suitcase, apparently no one is waiting for tourists, reviews about the attitude are confirmed.

Boorish hosts. They ruined the impression of a vacation. In 10 days, the cleaning has never been done. The houses are not luxury, mold is emerging. Of the advantages - close to the sea, 7 minutes walk, clean sea, wonderful air. Until local landlords realize that in addition to the ability to count vacationers' money, you need to make efforts and behave culturally, you will have fewer vacationers.

It's just the pearl of Pitsunda. Fabulous houses on the lawn. Closed territory. The sea is 150 meters away through a pine grove. On-site parking. Aunt Emma is a wonderful hostess of this town. Abkhazia for me began with this town of elves.
