We ordered an apartment for 3 days in Minsk. We planned to arrive in the city closer to 22:00 pm. The manager informed us that we will move into the apartment on our own. The key to the apartment had to be taken from a special drawer under the lock, which was opened with a code (this is normal).
The following is not normal:
1) the box with the key was in another house and it was 10-15 minutes on foot from our entrance to the one where the key was stored. We made the trip at 11 a.m.
2) having gone up to the floor of our house (finally), we found that there were NO numbers on the entrance doors of the apartments, so it was simply impossible to understand which of the doors was ours. If you rent an apartment, how could you forget to put its number on the door? (Guys, are you serious??)
As a result, we had to leave this "hospitable" house and look for a hotel at night. Fortunately, everything turned out fine for us!
P.S. they meet by their clothes! therefore, always pay attention to how the company's website looks.
I moved into one of the apartments of the 24chasa company on the recommendation of a blogger.by and got dirt and disgusting service! I drove thousands of kilometers, tired, as a result, the apartment was not cleaned at all, faulty plumbing (the water in the sink did not come off, the shower hose leaked), the toilet was dirty, someone's hair was on the walls, the kitchen appliances were greasy and stained after coffee, apparently. You can list them endlessly. I called the owner of the company immediately, the second time she picked up the phone and in response, "what did you want, you don't like it, move out. What else do you need, you have already left a review." At that time, I did not write any reviews, I only wrote a message to the company so that they would figure it out. After about half an hour, the hostess came to the apartment, said that it was normal for them, the cleaners had half an hour to clean, only if you want cleanliness, then you need to check into hotels, hostels. Then , finally , she pulled out a bag from the closet with dirty bed linen from previous tenants , saw what condition it was in and took it with her 😅
I promised to put compensation on the card, but this is only in words, like everything else.
