Perplexed, I punch the bonus card again and ask is there a 44? What is the answer to me
You have already broken through the bonus (with a pre-tension tone) There's 2.44
I say write it down 44
To which I get an answer, you probably can't hear it in your headphones. I start a verbal altercation, to which I receive a claim that I am to blame because when I asked about 44 k, I did not specify that I was asking about the bonus card.
There is no complaint about the store itself, only about the professionalism and manners of this employee.
Usually everything is cool, fast and pleasant.
But today, apparently, there are staff replacements - ignoring, harsh answers in a not-quite-working tone ( I'm not a friend or acquaintance)
I stood behind the squid, and imagine - there are 2 queues.. and the fact that I'm standing at the fish department is not that..
Work with the replacement staff, or I'll just change the store for shopping.
Sometimes there are long queues, but as for me, the store is super! Polite staff, a huge selection of products, everything is fresh!!! I recommend it!!!
