Today, on the first day of spring, I decided to visit LTB Jeans (at the Danno Mall shopping center) in search of jeans. To be honest, it was a bad idea.
When I entered the store and approached the shelves, I immediately noticed dark jeans. The shelving was freely available, and I reached out to take a closer look at them. Suddenly, a salesman flies up with wild screams: "Do not touch jeans with your hands!" And he snatches them out of my hands.
It's a strange situation: the store should be selling, not being a museum. Now it's clear why there were no customers there. With this kind of service, I'm not going there anymore. Blacklisted by LTB Jeans!
Taken aback by such a "service attack", I retreated, feeling like a schoolboy. Instead of apologizing, the salesperson grumbled as she shifted her jeans.
I left the store. No one asked if they needed help, or apologized for their colleague's behavior. This convinced me that there was nothing for me to do in LTB Jeans.
Perhaps they have a special policy, but this attitude discourages the desire to buy. In highly competitive conditions, such neglect is unacceptable. LTB Jeans needs to reassess its service strategy.
Jeans of excellent quality! 👍
They are worn for years, with minimal loss of color (gentle washing), keep their shape.
Outerwear according to the style, models are lucky. At the last size, discounts of up to 50% on decent items🔥
Pleasant to talk to, friendly staff, without prejudice. They do not intend to "stick it in." Be patient with you during the fitting. 🫶
