I flew to Belgrade with this airline for the new year in January 2024, I have never experienced such negative emotions from the attitude towards me as a passenger, dependent in a certain sense on the decency of this company, although I have flown a lot!!!! Flights both there and back were delayed. On the return trip, they forced me to send hand luggage, a small suitcase, which I received soaked through upon arrival in Moscow - the things in the suitcase were wet. And if there was an objective reason and the captain apologized for the delay and explained its reason, then the flight back was delayed without explaining any reasons, the Russians were taken to some separate room, taking away the water bought in duty free and kept us there for more than 2 hours, there were no toilets!!! When the landing finally began, there was no water in the plane and the toilet - there was nothing to wash your hands with!! And there were no towels! The captain of the ship did not consider it necessary to apologize for such a long delay and provide her with an explanation! And all this despite the fact that the airline has determined the price of its tickets, to put it mildly, not objective!! If possible, it is better to fly with a transfer and other airlines. The Serbian airline does not care about its passengers!!
I bought a return ticket to Belgrade Venice with departure on July 18, 2024. The trip was canceled . I canceled it in advance and issued a refund. Today is the middle of October. There is no money. There are unsubscriptions for claims. Moreover, the information is different. According to the airline's rules, the refund is within 45 days. It's been almost 4 months. I had to take a return ticket with the Serbs, as the shameful Armenian fly one simply canceled the flight. The cost without luggage is 67 thousand one way, of course much more expensive, but the fastest option. The transfer in 50 minutes was confusing, especially considering the flight delay of an hour. But upon arrival, 20 minutes later we were at the new gate, where they were waiting for us. Everything is fast and convenient, despite the inspection before boarding. In both cases, it's a funny business with a curtain and almost the same interior layout. There is no Wi-Fi, as well as other entertainment. The flight attendants are still cute. And the chairs are terrible, rigid and practically do not recline. My back goes numb at the moment. Nevertheless, for the sake of a quick flight, you can be patient.
The airline is good if everything is smooth! If you have a connection or they cancel the flight, the trash begins! No one talks, money for canceled flights is not refunded, they avoid communicating with the client in every possible way!!!

Luggage at each point can be picked up and handed over again. And our Aeroflot is waiting for admission to Europe or Turks Airlines, but it is much more expensive.

Yes, what is it about, they do not have this option!!!
Therefore, fill out all declarations in duplicate, both for hand luggage, what is with you, and for lost luggage, and ask to put seals and assign a number.
