The wrong product arrived again. Of the last 4 orders, only 1 was what I ordered. If you don't want to waste time and money, go around this office called the 21st century. The mess is simply unreal, the customer orientation is 0. No one even apologizes for all these endless shoals. This was my last order from them and I do not recommend others.

There is a long queue, 1 person works. I waited 30 minutes to pick up 1 position. I do not recommend the 21st century, there are many other organizations where everything is fast and clear

It's a good pick-up point, I go once a week because it's the closest to my house. The pick-up point is located on the 3rd floor near the stairs, so it will be more convenient to order something bulky for delivery or choose another pick-up point. After 18.00 there may be a small queue for the delivery of goods.
