Plus one. It's usually cheaper by a couple of rubles than anywhere else. All the furniture bought in this store with some defects. They write for verification for 3 days. I assembled half of the cabinet and saw a damaged part or a part without a process hole. What to do? Should I give half of the closet back? It's a plus for delivery companies. They are always polite. The call center employs people who can't solve anything.

We ordered 12 plates. The order was placed, and they reacted very displeased to the request to check it. There were 11 plates in the order. We tried to pretend that this is how it should be. But after the screenshot of the order was shown and the receipt they punched, where there were 12 plates, the missing one was found in the warehouse in a second. It was unpleasant. The staff is very impolite.

The room is nice and tidy. Sofas, a chalkboard for children. Employees work quickly and accurately. Once I watched how a controversial situation was resolved with an unfriendly customer. Calmly and very professionally.
