The order turned out to be large and the delivery was received on December 9th. After explaining the situation, the operator removed the items that were not in stock, and delivery was scheduled for December 2.
As a result, on December 2, there are no gifts and the operator's answer is: "Why did you decide that the delivery is today?". However, they took a mobile number, but no one called back.
As a result, 19 people will be left without gifts at the award ceremony.
On 12/29/24, we ordered a wardrobe, and we bought a desk from them from this collection. Today is 03/24/25, the order has not been delivered, the store reschedules the delivery date every week, explaining that the supplier is to blame for everything. On the 21st century website, the product is in stock, but the consultants clarify that if it is in stock on the website, it does not always mean that they have it in stock, but it may be in the supplier's warehouse. And what kind of suggested quick purchase can we talk about then? They mislead customers. Specifically, we were asked to choose something else. But where should we put the table from this collection, or at whose expense should we buy a new one? There is no such cabinet on other websites. We have never had such an unpleasant situation with more than one store. We continue to wait for our order further
Delivery was "pleased" promised from 10 to 15. At 15:23, I already called myself, they said for tomorrow. And they don't care if I can tomorrow or not. And the most annoying thing is that they did not even inform themselves that there would be no delivery. It's just half a day in the empty. And then it got even more fun. We agreed on the next day, on this day they called and said that there were no seats in the car and we had to move it again. It's been a few days, today is the 15th of the next delivery. They called and said that they could only bring half, and the rest on the 18th. In total, they had to bring the 11th, 13th, 15th part and on the 18th they wanted to bring the rest. The order was canceled.
