I really liked this place, went for manicures and pedicures many times, took the child. The design is chic, the receptionist is very attentive, always offers drinks and treats. Most often, the payment turned out to be more than in the price list (something was strengthened, something was restored), but the quality was always on top. But last time I didn't like the manicure at all. The master did not take into account the wishes, some nails became sensitive to hot water. I think that for a manicure worth more than 100 rubles, this is unacceptable.

Good afternoon, today I want to leave a review about the master Olga and about the salon itself.I came to the salon for the first time on my birthday, the service was a complete image-I was made up passably, although nothing special, but when it came to styling, I just fell into a precipitate, it was done by the same girl who painted me.time was limited for both me and the salon as I had a holiday party.As a result, the hair hung like one knocked-down tuft, it was terrible, they explained it by saying that it was very hot and everything fell apart.The second time I went there for coloring-that was certainly a tryndets!I first signed up for Lyudmila, but I was dissuaded and told that Olga is a great professional and that everyone is happy with her work.The girls tormented me for 8 hours, coloring the overgrown air touch-as a result, she immediately began to twist everything on a curling iron and take pictures for the salon, when I came home I did not suspect anything bad, but the next day I decided to wash my hair and then it began-drying my hair just with a hairdryer, they began to curl like a thread and fall off, so I She was left without a huge strand of hair near her face.She burned all my hair off!The service cost more than 800 b.rub.I called the salon and told them everything, they asked me to come and sort it out.I arrived and immediately they handed me a glass of alcohol, instead of apologizing, the master, after looking at it, could only squeeze out that she did not do everything on purpose and did everything according to technology and that apparently such coloring is not mine!Game and shame!I didn't even get my money back, I spent so much money on hair restoration afterwards, you can't imagine.Don't go there!wildness and arrogance, more pathos than real quality!

I was there 3 times, the first two were fine! The last one was terrible. They began to prove that everything is fine and this is nature. A crippled eyebrow is a mole for them! Well, then the administrator said that it was not a mole, but still touched! But I didn't hear any apologies. Nature, after all.
In general, how lucky you are with the master and the administrator. Perhaps I would have solved the problem if I had caused a scandal

Nothing special. During the manicure, several fingers were cut until they bled (cuticle), which I think is unacceptable for the level of the salon that they position themselves.
The interior is for an amateur.
