Two years ago, electric heating was carried out, everything was fine the first year, except that one convector quickly failed and the thermostat also, we live 50 km from Minsk, we had to carry it ourselves, we had it made under warranty, two years passed, the second convector flew, the thermostat that was repaired also became faulty, now we have to again we need to repair it and already at our own expense, we need another one in the annex, but we will obviously not take it from them, we need to mess around far, they used to come and take it away, now it is not profitable for them, but it is profitable for us on the hump for pensioners
I am engaged in electrical installation work. I use tepley's products as heaters- after a week, a month, a year, convectors with a capacity of 1.2kW, 1.3kW fail. I use more kilowatts of power per ten square meters. The warranty is 2 years. A replacement is made under warranty. In place of the broken heaters, I am installing ballu electric convectors with mechanical control. It's a shame to look people in the eye, a month of work and you need to remove the seal, replace which if the three-phase input costs a lot, take the broken radiator to the minibus, then pick it up, go to install it again, add up all the costs, it's better to switch to other manufacturers.
We built an apartment in an electric house. Over the winter, 4 batteries broke down, they are replaced with old ones, they do not give a new warranty. But the light is shining at full power. They bring a full car of convectors to our entrance and change everything. That's horrible.
