I want to leave my honest feedback. I am extremely dissatisfied with the clinic. Upon arrival, no one met me. If this is your first time where you want to go, go there. They gave me the documents to fill out. No one demanded a passport. After that, I was sent to wait in the corridor. A doctor came up to me, did not introduce himself and asked a question? Which one of you is "my name"? Come on in. Usually, I am invited by the doctor's assistants in other places, they address me by my first name and patronymic. It all seemed strange to me already. The office was cozy, beautiful, BUT. Doc had been without Maxie all this time. They listened to my complaint and decided to work without a preliminary snapshot. It's also kind of weird. They gave me an injection, everything froze, but for some reason the doctor and his assistant worked standing up. Maybe they didn't have chairs, or maybe they were so comfortable. All this time, the doctor was working in my mouth and was without a mask. To be honest, the smell from his mouth was not the freshest. They drilled without water, it started to hurt and they pricked me again. The doctor made comments about incoming calls to my phone. Although the mode was silent. It was not pleasant. I was very pleased with the assistant, he was extremely attentive to me and even seemed to be a little afraid of me)
I applied for the removal of a specific tooth. Instead, I underwent a CT scan for 3,000 rubles and listened to a long (highly professional) lecture on implants, modern methods of dental treatment and treatment, for which I then had to pay 3,600 rubles. When asked how to proceed with tooth extraction, I received the answer that I first need to clean my teeth (5000 rubles), and then make an appointment for removal, and perhaps they will be able to take care of my tooth within a week after the appointment. So draw your own conclusions about which wallets such a clinic is for.
By the way, the next day I applied to the city's paid dentistry (Artyom and Tamansky intersection), without any problems.
