For us, the most delicious kutabs turned out to be here, they were taken with cheese, with herbs, with pumpkin. It's just a top with cheese, which I tried later in Baku - not that, I advise everyone.
Wine and barbecue are also on the level, we were perfectly understood in Russian, which is also a plus and there is a restaurant in the center - in the Old Town

We went in the evening to have a quick snack with a couple of kutabs, we were in a hurry, the owner came out to us and explained that there were no kutabs, because they love their women so much that they do not allow them to roll out the dough in the heat
Of course, we had a snack elsewhere, because in Baku kutabs are probably not served only at the Friends coffee shop. I can advise the owner to buy an air conditioner for his beloved women

The food is varied and delicious. The visitors are tourists. The price tag is high, but the dishes are great. Pomegranate wine is sour/tasteless. The toilet with a washbasin is outside. There is no WiFi.

Close to the old town, but the prices are very nice! We had a hearty dinner together for 20 manats (together with tips, 10% included in the bill). It is very cozy and delicious. Kutabs with cheese and piti - love!

Tiny portions, there was not a single piece of meat in the pilaf. The ordered kutabs simply forgot to bring, the salad grill was replaced with Greek (they say, it will take a long time to prepare), beer in the bill surprisingly rose by 3 manats, tips were included in the bill. The service is normal, the toilet is outside (you need to ask for a key every time). The only plus is live music. I don't recommend it.
