I was looking for a manicure studio near my house, I decided to sign up at the Magnet shopping center, I was very pleased that you can often sign up day in, day out, a large selection of coatings, colors and designs, nice receptionists, they will always remind you about the appointment, prompt a convenient window, every time I get to different masters, qualifications and performance of work at a good level. I recommend it)

There is no customer orientation. My wife signed up earlier via Viber. At the appointed time, when visiting the salon, she was told that everyone was busy and she would not be accepted today. There were no solutions to the problems, except to make an appointment for another day, and that the right time, outside of working hours, was not soon free. They did not warn about the cancellation of the recording, although they naturally had contacts. In addition, this institution does not readily accept bank cards, but is strongly asked to pay in cash.
