I contacted this manufacturer at the store in the Grad shopping center. I wanted to order a wide door with a transom to conveniently separate the hallway from the living room. The second step was the remaining 6 doors.
The manager, or who was talking to me, is unclear, did not introduce himself, and immediately refused to order a door with a transom. without giving me time to clarify not the entire order, not the dimensions of this door.(I ordered two doors - $ 1800)
the manager's literal answer is, we don't deal with one door
, so the question arises where the company's customer orientation is and whether such a refusal is legitimate at all.

Recently, I came across the work of an official representative of the Drevprom company (Grad shopping center), which is engaged in installing doors, and was extremely disappointed.
1. a contract for 1 sheet with incorrect seller's data.
2. instead of a cash receipt, a sales receipt was issued.
3. The craftsmen who carried out the installation were not very professional and behaved very rudely, starting with the director. Instead of constructive communication and suggestions for solving the situation, I was faced with a dismissive attitude.
4. the quality of the doors is good
Unfortunately, the experience with Drevprom turned out to be extremely negative, and I cannot recommend their services.

We ordered the doors.We were very satisfied.The doors arrived on time, of good quality.The installation was done by Dmitry, who was very careful and diligent.Despite the crooked wall, I did everything perfectly, without gaps and crevices.The head is Chuck A.V., a very sociable person, goes to meet the buyer, taking into account all the wishes and requests.I recommend it!
