They bought drinks in a bottle, they can't give a cup, saying that all cups on the register are issued only for hot drinks. The staff is terrible, and if this is really such a rule, then shame on the manager, it's a pity for a cup for his own visitors

They transfer money to sumy at some kind of their own space tariffs, they do not accept a card for payment in different currencies (like it does not work, and everyone has it) and everything comes out at a crazy cost in x2 from famous cafes at the same airport.

For some reason, there is no water in the espresso :) it's not funny, the staff is friendly, they try in every possible way to brighten up such disadvantages, but.....
