My family and I were completely disappointed, once again we were convinced that it was not worth buying anything on the Internet, although the site was solid, the reviews were good, my son ordered a battery for a Samsung phone here, since his battery was worn out and barely lasted until the evening
, the battery took a long time, but unfortunately, as it turned out later,I came, paid 40 rubles, brought it in, installed it, when using it it turned out that the battery does not hold at all, i.e. until two o'clock in the afternoon, the charge showed 8 percent, considering that at 8 a.m. it was 100, my son called the seller, and more than once, they talked about this issue for a very long time, they advised us to calibrate (it's unclear why to do it on a new battery), then I realized that we were just being bullied and they dragged their time, then they advised to do something else with the phone, but the quality of the battery did not improve from this
As a result, I couldn't stand it and called myself, because my son is a minor, to my amazement, they were rude to me, and told to contact me on such issues on weekdays, although they work on weekends, then I brought the battery into phone repair, it was checked and as it turned out of the promised volume of 4,500, there are only 2500, I called the seller again, told him about it, to which he interrupted me and replied: "This can't be! There should definitely be 4000 there!! Show me the documents, who checked the battery for you! "
That is, the very fact that the battery was sold with a volume of 4,500, and I was told " well, 4000 there " Should be " how do you tell me?? Naturally, no one returned the money, they are rude, interrupt, do not let us say a word, we are from Vitebsk, so unfortunately we cannot come there to show them this battery, I think this is what they are designed to deceive people. I am disappointed that the capital is being shamed by such organizations and such people .. Naturally, I do not advise you to buy anything here, you will lose a lot, we eventually paid 40 for the battery, 20 for installing it, then 70 for installing another battery, as a result, it cost us 130 rubles to change the battery
You could contact the consumer rights organization, but I think that your business will not last long on deception and the money earned in this way will go to you for medicines!
