In November 2024, I issued a card from this bank and used it as a second, auxiliary one. I went into a store somewhere, bought something online, and didn't hold large sums in one word. At the end of March 2025, I was denied an operation, I thought that I didn't have enough money and decided to transfer money from my main card. The money was returned, but it was not possible to top up the account. It gets more interesting. I went into the bank's app, and there I was happily offered to open a bank card. And the card and the account that were there just disappeared. The bank staff also spread their hands and said that I was not in the database, they did not know who I was and I was not their client at all. Waving a bank card did not help. I just disappeared from the bank's entire system. I am glad that I did not keep large amounts in this bank. There were very small amounts on the balance. In general, it was necessary to apply for credit cards from them))
