As for the staff, it's utter trash

Waiting in the consultant's department is sometimes up to 20-30 minutes, individual consultants do not know either the configuration or any information about what they are selling.

I was here in 2024. I didn't like it, the prices are high, there are a lot of consultants, but it's no use, they're on their own, departments stand on their own without them. Before arriving, I first called, somehow found out and waited for an answer to my question about the product, the consultant mumbles something, somehow answered my question about the product, but decided to go anyway and make sure of the availability and price of the product. Arriving at the place, I somehow found what I was asking for, the price was space, as a result, it turned out not to be the option that was described to me on the issue. In general, I looked at the product, at the prices, at the mess with the staff and concluded that I did not find anything good in this store for myself in every sense. There is a choice of goods, yes, no question, but the price and the attitude of the staff are at zero. There are some discounts and promotions, but taking into account the discounts, prices still turn out to be more expensive than prices in other stores in the city. I wouldn't come here anymore, that's just my opinion. I hope there was some useful information for someone.
