I was late for my bus because even though you have 10 help desks, only one of those sells entrance tickets so of course there was a huge queue being served by just one person.
And why would this one desk also handle help requests? It should just sell these tickets - there were 3 other people in the queue who were late as well because a couple in front of us had some issues with their bus
It's difficult to get a taxi, they stop on the street. It is difficult to get on the tram with a suitcase, there is no elevator. Next, you first need to go to the building and buy a ticket to Peron. It's just money out of thin air and an extreme inconvenience. I had to withdraw cash from an ATM with a commission before that. There are no seats for everyone at the station itself, people are waiting on the floor! there is no big scoreboard with schedules - you need to look for it. The perons themselves are even further away from the building - at least 5 minutes to walk to them! And there, again, there is no large scoreboard on the platforms indicating the platforms - you just have to understand at random which part of this huge platform you need.
As if they are trying to make additional obstacles. If the ticket is purchased online, then this is not enough, you still need to go buy a pass to the platform, and it is sold only in the 1st window (5th) and, of course, there is the largest queue. Why can't you buy it right away with a ticket? Well, or put a vending machine 😬😪
If you buy a ticket on the bus station's website (bas rs), then the Peronska card is included in the price – it is marked as a stanichna service. At the entrance on the right, there is a device that scans the qr code and prints a ticket, which is then watched by the uncle.
Those who complain that the ticket purchased online does not include passage to the train station, most likely bought on another site.
The station itself is so–so - it's unclear, it's cold.
