It is a very nice place, the wonderful staff are very polite and will always help and prompt if there are any difficulties. The rooms are clean, and the prices are for different wallets. But as always there is a "BUT".If you want a hotel with real sound insulation, you should look for something else, as screaming and singing Indians, couples or families with children will interfere with you, as there is very good audibility and it is annoying, I advise you to fork out and book a room with a private toilet and bathroom (on the ground floor) It is more expensive but cleaner and more comfortable . The second floor and the third rooms are cheaper without a closet, one bedside table under the TV and if you do not have a backpack but a bulky luggage, you simply will not have anywhere to put things if you are for a long time. Also on the 2nd and third floor there is a shared bathroom and it is not very pleasant to go there because the cleanliness is conditional due to the fact that there are a lot of people and it gets dirty very quickly, as well as other people's machines and dirty floors, scraps of paper and much more. In general, it's not bad. It is a pity that there is no small refrigerator in expensive rooms, they will not feed you there, so install the application with local delivery (there is no Delivery here, but there is Yandex food) or local restaurants and cafes for any color and taste at your service.
The hotel is not particularly comfortable, in principle it is possible to spend the night, clean, they provide only one useful thing and slippers, soap and gel, the price per day starts from 300 thousand soums, the bed is clean in the room, the TV has an Internet connection, with a copy of the passport you write a receipt, I am not satisfied with the passport photo from the phone, the reception is not satisfied, I need the original, or write a receipt. They do not look at the presence of a registry office, there is a refrigerator at the reception with drinks, it is forbidden to paint alcohol and smoke cigarettes in the hotel.
Price/quality match. I liked that it was relatively inexpensive to rent a room, but accordingly there were disadvantages. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel, but upon check-in, the room exuded the smell of cigarette smoke (I had to leave the window open for the entire period of check-in). The window had a view of the white wall, so I didn't see anything interesting there :). After 6-7 hours, the smell still managed to be eroded. At first I tried to do this with the help of an artel air conditioner, but it worked for 20 minutes, then it started to make faulty noise, so there was a lot of noise, but it was of no use. There is no refrigerator in the room. But there are cupboards (the cupboards were not cleaned, for some reason there were a lot of chips), but I didn't really need to use them, I just wanted to spend the night and leave. There is a separate bathroom.the node is inside the room, which made me very happy. The smell in the bathroom was stale and after taking a shower, the mirror fogged up, everything was in a fog. Therefore, I left the light on for 30 minutes, because it affected the operation of artificial ventilation. There is no breakfast in the hotel. But there are plenty of cafeterias nearby, for every taste. WiFi works poorly during the load period (in the evening), but in the morning I was able to watch the news via smart TV from YouTube. The staff is very polite, they were even allowed to leave things until the evening, without charging a fee for it.
In general, if you just need to spend the night for a small fee, this is one of the best options. If you want more comfort, I suppose you can look at other options.
The hotel is very conveniently located in the city center, not far from the airport, from there it is convenient to get anywhere in Tashkent. But the main and most valuable thing in this hotel is the people.. Amazing hospitality, care, responsiveness not only of the hotel staff, but also of local residents.. Special thanks to the administrators Nazokat and Kamila.. The area itself is quiet and fertile, a blessed island in the midst of a modern city..

A great option for staying in Tashkent, convenient location, comfortable rooms, responsive staff. Thank you for your attention to detail and positive emotions!
My wife and I were told at the reception that they were having repairs and therefore we were being accommodated at the Fénix hotel, which is a few meters from this hotel. They moved into a room that was much smaller than the declared size, there was no refrigerator, there were no hangers, there was no table, there was no soap and shampoo, there was no kettle, there was no WiFi, there was not a single chair. The room was dirty, the bed hadn't been changed, and there was dust all around. Upon request, the bed was changed, the dust was wiped in some places, they said no hangers. The front edge of the toilet was 30 cm from the wall, and it was extremely inconvenient to use it. The rim on the toilet is broken. The shower drain was clogged, the water was barely leaving. The curtain is hung so that the water flows out of the tub. The front door was thin, and it didn't close well. The window on the street side was closed by some kind of construction attached to the wall. Of the good ones, only the air conditioner worked perfectly. I do not advise anyone to use their services.
A cozy hotel near the airport on a quiet street. A pleasant room with a large bed and air conditioning. The friendly staff is ready to solve problems and help their guests.
I came to Tashkent from Kazakhstan
and found this hotel, which I do not regret.A very good team works at the San hotel, the room has all the conditions, special thanks to the administrator Vika, I will be back soon.
The hotel is budget-friendly, the roads are like in the village, far from civilization, nearby to eat and everything, where to sit in the evening? Take a taxi to the center, and if you're lucky, the people are very good,
Who liked it, I'm afraid to imagine where you lived before that. Complete unsanitary conditions, the room is cold, dirty, empty, the bathroom stinks, everything is old, rusty and broken. The walls are cardboard, you can hear everything as if you are resting in tents. This hotel now charges 2200 per night, the price is 600 maximum
A good hotel. Quiet, calm and cozy. Ladies and gentlemen, it is very attractive for budget consideration. There are no cockroaches and even no ghosts. I recommend this hotel for visits.
It's terrible, there is no ventilation, the sewer does not work well, because of this the smell is not pleasant, the walls of other buildings are outside the window! The staff is good. Because of this 2
