How beautiful the city of Sorrento is, how terrible the station is. Very small for such a volume of passengers. There are a lot of tourists, everyone has to crowd and jostle on a small and narrow SINGLE staircase. Many more have suitcases. There are no ramps. These things are not thought out by the city authorities. Peron is narrow, the trains are dirty and often do not run exactly on schedule.
