Have you ever wondered why there is a queue at some kiosks and cafes, while others are completely empty? One of the most important factors is, of course, the staff, and I was convinced of this today. Such characters are anti-advertising to this institution. I don't want to list a lot of bad adjectives, but there is no side to my indignation. I ask employers to pay attention to this copy.

They work until 00:00, but at 23:20 they do not accept orders for coffee with the words "do you want coffee with citric acid?"
In general, the staff is not friendly, they are rude.
