Quiet horror on delivery! I just got around to writing a review (I have no strength to tolerate this service and quality. If you buy a bouquet in a store, then 50/50 is half-dead. And delivery is just a guarantee of rot. My husband ordered a bouquet while abroad- naturally a great moment to smell a moldy, sluggish bouquet of chrysanthemums. Thank you very much. I understand that flowers can wither while riding with a courier, but unfolding the bouquet and seeing branches half of the volume of ordinary ones, with mold and broken flowers, and even at a price above the average in the city 🤷♀️ The mood is ruined, the holiday is ruined. And this is only the last case.. outright piggishness . The courier, seeing my eyes, naturally disappeared before I could open the bouquet. Conclusion- I do not know where the best flowers are, but I know where the worst flowers are on delivery.

I ordered roses for my mother's day. 5 bush roses for 70 rubles. Last year, she received the bouquet last, as they forgot about it (another store), so this year I warned them to deliver it early. The consultant said that the delivery is from 17 to 20. The bouquet was not delivered at 20. To the question "when?" - the answer is "within an hour." By the way, mom has already gone to bed, as she gets up early for work

Terrible service.
Before picking a bouquet, the first thing we started asking for was a budget.. After asking how much the already assembled one costs, they answered 50-55 and settled on it. At the end of 63, asking why not 50-55, she said that it already costs 70 without a discount, and you will bicker will give it without a discount.. In general, I've never written a bad one before, but then we were given an impression, and the mood was spoiled..

Boorish communication, when trying to discuss the price, the answer was "the cost will be even higher now."
