Good afternoon. I ordered a bouquet with delivery for mom on March 8th. I paid for it. We agreed on delivery before 12 o'clock. It was supposed to be a surprise for Mom. The bouquet was not delivered at the appointed time and they did not consider it necessary to warn. It was very difficult to get through. The company representative didn't want to listen to me. He interrupted me during the dialogue. "We have a thousand orders. Wait for it. It turns out that you need to spend the whole holiday at home waiting for a miracle. So I won't address them anymore. There are companies with showers. Creating a celebration for the client. And this store is not focused on that. Very sorry. Perhaps my review will help them become better, and clients get decent service for their money.
