Зашла в этот офис купить горящий тур. Попала на некомпетентную сотрудницу, которая сообщила мне ложную информацию о визовом режиме и правилах проезда детей. Когда я указала на её ошибку со ссылкой на законодательство - начала вести себя агрессивно, в духе "я тут профессионал, а вы ничего не понимаете". Я развернулась и купила тур в соседнем агентстве. Если сотрудники "1001 тур" не разбираются в общеизвестной информации о визах - страшно представить, куда и как они могут отправить туристов :)

Все ок. Но...пожелание сотрудникам: расширить варианты транспортной схемы, стыковок, использования разного транспорта и скидок.
