The gas station at 81 Sharangovich Street is a self-service fortune, it will either fill up or write off the money and that's it. And this is how every 3-5 refueling takes place at this gas station.
I call the number indicated on the terminal 8 (044) 500-45-36 (TECHNICAL SUPPORT), the number is immediately reset, it is not clear who to call in such a situation, I go to the A100 website, another support number is already indicated there. As a result, they promise to return the funds within 15 days. But I need money now and now I needed to refuel, they don't care that at the moment I have an empty tank and cash , and I don 't have it on the card with me 😑
I complete my review, I arrive a week later, and what? Again, I couldn't refuel, but this time it just knocks out an error on the card, (the payment card is already different), but the payment was successful for cash.
