Hello,
My husband and I travelled from Iran to Murmansk, and we booked the entire tour online. When we arrived, everything was delivered just as promised.
The Arctic Freedom team was excellent. They were always responsive and ready to help.
The tour had great guides. They were kind, made an effort to communicate, explained everything thoroughly, and ensured we had an enjoyable time.
Talking to Adam was very easy because he was fluent in English. He was full of energy and extremely friendly.
We had a great time with Alex. He was very kind, although he didn’t fully understand English. Still, he used his phone to help and guide us, which we truly appreciated.
Teriberka village was amazing, and we had a wonderful time there. Alex helped us make the most of our visit.
Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see the aurora, whales, or dolphins, but we hope to experience them on future trips.
