I would like to express my gratitude to the Housing Balance cooperative for the opportunity to purchase their own housing. This is the case when an organization acts in the interests of people and helps them make their lives better. So it's my turn to check in and I'm very happy! The cumulative stage is left behind and now I will pay for the apartment, already living in it, which is very nice!
I would like to express my special gratitude to the employees of the cooperative: for their ability to answer exciting questions in an accessible way and for their patience when not everything was clear the first time.
I also want to express my special gratitude to Igor, the legal adviser, who accompanied my transaction, showed patience and was as involved as possible in the work on the transaction 🙏
I do not advise apartment sellers to contact the Housing balance. We were selling an apartment, potential buyers asked for a deal through the Housing Balance. We agreed at first. And then, before the transaction, a "carousel" began, then on one day the transaction, then the Housing balance specialist cannot and on another day the transaction, then again the transfer to another week, etc., then she has already agreed on the registration of the transaction at the Gomel State Registration Agency and they sent the necessary requests to the RCC, but requests to the RCC missing. There is deception all around. And then the most interesting thing, the Housing balance specialist began to say, we will enter the nth amount into the contract, and after signing the contract, but before signing the act, we will go to the bank, you will cash out part of this amount and give it to potential buyers. We successfully refused a deal with such an "office"!
Thanks to JB, I now live in my own apartment. Overpayments are less than in the bank, the staff are all responsive. If you understand their system well, then all doubts that it is mmm disappear. People who write that this is a pyramid scheme just don't want to dive in and figure out exactly how the JB works. The only thing that scares is the rise in inflation, but it's better than just giving money for rental housing
