We ordered interior doors from this company. Everything went well at once, the consultation, the contract. By the time the doors were ready, we had to be away, we agreed that the doors would not be shipped until we returned. As a result, the doors arrived when we were out of town. They called endlessly asking when we would accept the doors. They told us to pay the remaining amount and then they would leave them in the warehouse until we arrived in the city. And then it started...The doors were accepted. During installation, a defect was detected. The 16 platbands were yellow, not white. The company said they will make a refund, expect new ones. So we waited a month. No one called or said where the platbands were, every time they had to call themselves and find out at what stage. When the platbands arrived a month later. Of the sixteen, three were yellow again, one was swollen, one was chipped. Again, we have to wait for the replacement of these platbands. As a result, we can't finish the doors for three months. Really, a company, or a store...they can't properly check for defective goods...or they don't do it at all, and hope that it will work out and people won't notice. I would like a better quality of service at the stage of shipment, delivery. And then, it turns out that everything is fine in the store at the signing of the contract, and it is beautifully told, and then we received the money and we can already work carelessly
