Very convenient location of the hotel, right in the center. I was surprised that breakfast was announced from 07.30, but before 08.30 there is no one in the kitchen and there is simply no one to ask for porridge or omelet. I had to call representatives from the reception so that at least someone could be found in the kitchen. But the reception staff is very helpful, always ready to help.

I recommend. Excellent service. It's a lovely room. A decent buffet. And the location is better not to change your mind . We were there for 5 days, we liked everything.

We stayed at this hotel in May 2023. The staff is very polite and customer-oriented. We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, we were immediately provided with a room, and in the morning we were moved to a more comfortable one, so an additional sofa did not unfold in the first room, and my child's height was 1.86 cm))). The food was very tasty in the hotel restaurant and the breakfasts were wonderful for every taste.

It's a gloomy place.The lighting is only from the floor lamp.the view from the window of the neighboring building.the light does not enter the room.I submitted a cancellation request-it was refused.There is a pillar in the middle of the room.

A bad hotel, is it really 4 stars?! All the most important things that a hotel should specialize in are not working well. Very old, the sofas are dirty, towels are like rags, there is no sound insulation, the doors slam so hard that it is impossible to sleep, well, classics, you can hear how the TV works in other rooms. The Internet is constantly disconnected or does not work, and if it does, it is slow. In addition to everything, there is only one working elevator and broken windows that blow through and a simple breakfast. Armenia is a beautiful country, but it is better not to stay in this hotel, so as not to spoil the impression.

Very bad. The cleaning is terrible, we can say that there is no cleaning at all. There were three nights, the pastels were not replaced. There are no cotton pads, no sticks, no shower gel in the bathroom. Shampoo and rinse aid one piece each. The in-room bar did not bring tea and coffee for 3 days. And when I asked to clean the room, they just took out the trash and towels. The floor was dirty from shoes and slush and remained. So I did the room cleaning myself. Breakfast is meager. I do not advise against the word at all!

Not a bad hotel. There are nuances. The rooms that face the facade are noisy, the windows do not save - a passageway, a lot of cars, loud conversations, including visitors to the outdoor veranda of the hotel restaurant and hotel taxi drivers. Good location in the city center. Not all taxi drivers know about the hotel, sometimes it's easier to say "House of Officers", then they will understand. Friendly service. The food leaves much to be desired, it is easier and cheaper to go out and find a cafe nearby.

I've been staying at the hotel for the second week now. My observations: The breakfasts are monotonous, the service in the restaurant is poor- the tables are dirty, dirty dishes after eating stand on the table for a long time, discouraging the appetite of people who are still eating. The coffee machine has been running for two days now - they can't make or replace it promptly. The fitness room is stuffy, the split system does not work well, the exercise equipment is scarce. Room cleaning is commendable, always clean. This is my fifth time in Armenia and I am convinced that there are more comfortable hotels in Yerevan for the same money. I am disappointed with Hyatt.
