Delicious cuisine (I really liked the barbecue), a good hookah, an interesting interior. I like that you can even lie down. In general, a place that you can visit more than once…
but!
They have a "scheme" that the number of hookahs YOU have to order depends on the number of guests. So the number of guests 3-4 = 2 hookahs, 5-6 = 3 hookahs. And this is even assuming that someone in your company does not smoke at all or was not going to today (came purely to play board games, drink beer, eat). I've been here 3 times (each time a company of 4 people) and here for 1 and 2 times (with the same company) There was no "such obligation". When I came for the 3rd time (celebrating a friend's birthday), the waiter bluntly said that WE SHOULD ORDER 2 hookahs, although only two people in this company (4 people) were going to smoke hookah; 3 guest categorically did not intend to smoke that day, and 4 did not smoke at all. And so the waiter essentially ordered that our company "smoke to the maximum." Even the waiter himself recognized the absurdity of the situation (people want 1 hookah. We don't need 2! )
I must say right away that "this scheme" does not depend on whether you celebrate a birthday. They argued that such an "action" always works for them until 00:00, and when I came with another company for the first time, we were lucky and turned a blind eye to it, because there were few guests in the hall. So, on that day (March 3), half of the hall was empty
P.S. they wrote this math with hookahs in the menu. It's not like they made it up on the fly. It's just that, as they said themselves, sometimes they "close their eyes"

I have not seen hookah bars with trestles for a long time, I was pleasantly surprised, it is very convenient and comfortable. Pleasant, non-intrusive music. A large selection of drinks. We smoked 2 hookahs, both were very good.

I have been to this hookah bar several times and I am always satisfied. A great selection of tobacco and excellent service create a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. Hookah is always prepared quickly and efficiently, the smoke is thick and fragrant. The staff is polite and attentive, always ready to help with the choice. A great place to spend an evening with friends or relax after a hard day.

I am delighted with this hookah bar! Firstly, the service here is at the highest level - the staff is very attentive and friendly. They are always ready to help with the choice of tobacco or suggest something new. The atmosphere of the place is simply unique - cozy sofas, pleasant music and a beautiful interior create a special atmosphere in which you want to spend time.
And now about the hookah itself - it's just amazing here! Very high-quality tobacco, a variety of flavors, perfectly cooked and served. Every hookah here is a real work of art. I have already tried several flavors, and each of them struck me with its rich taste and thick smoke.
I am glad that I discovered this place for myself, and I am sure that I will visit it more than once. I recommend it to all hookah lovers - here you will definitely find what you are looking for!

We were visiting Minsk, we wanted to sit somewhere in a good place with friends, smoke a hookah. We saw this place in Yandex. maps with a 5-star rating and good reviews. Let's go.
And we were disappointed ((
the service is very poor. First, they brought us the Bill 20 minutes after the order, although we did not ask for it. Like, we have a shift change... Before that, we wanted to make a review and get a 20% discount, but we were counted before that.
The tea turned out to be absolutely not fragrant, although there are many fragrant ingredients in the description.
After that, when we wanted to eat, we tried several times to call the waitress, she did not come. We didn't find the staff ourselves either... half an hour after that, I didn't want to order anything anymore when they finally came up to us.
The hookah is not bad for the first half hour... then they forgot about us... specially photographed the coals - there were small pieces left...and even when I told the hookah man about it, he didn't come to change them.
In general, it's sad... We definitely don't recommend it.

“How did this place get five stars?!”
A recent visit to your hookah bar caused confusion and disappointment. That's why:
1. False information on the phone.
We were informed that we can order one hookah for four people, and after two hours — the second one, if we want. But on the spot, the hookah master suddenly announced that we must order two at once. After long negotiations, we agreed on one hookah followed by ordering a second one. What is the result? They brought two at once!
2. Incompetence of the staff. The strength of the hookahs was mixed up, and the "jokes" of the master were on the verge of indecency. Do you seriously consider this behavior to be the norm?
3. The “visual illusion" with tea. We ordered two large teas. They brought one really big one, and the other one was in a much smaller teapot. To the question "why?" we received an answer about the "visual illusion". Of course, we have problems with our eyesight, as we did not realize ourselves!
4. Birthday without joy. After informing them about the holiday, they asked if there were any discounts. They replied that there was. But, of course, they forgot about it until we ourselves reminded them. As for the festive attention: during our visit, another birthday boy was given a cupcake with a candle. Nothing for us. It seems that cupcakes are given out selectively in your establishment?
All this leaves the feeling that the place is living off an unreasonable rating and customer tolerance.

But apparently the administrator decided that it would be more profitable for them to put a large company there, and deleted the correspondence from both people, while exposing me to the girl as well, as if I didn't remember what I was doing. Initially, a pleasant experience, a good interior, delicious tea, cocktails. Hookah is very mediocre, the taste is not bright, it ends quite quickly. There is a bonus of -10% on hookah for feedback and evaluation, everything was well left in advance, but this was not taken into account when calculating, because it was necessary to warn in advance, everything is fine, but you can cancel the check and knock out a new one, especially since you did not ask about it in advance. In general, I think that the institution does not match its prices at least with the quality of the hookah and the attitude towards the client.

My favorite hookah- we often visit and there is always the best hookah- it is smoked for a long time, they always guess the taste well. The service and atmosphere give you the feeling that you are sincerely welcome here. Each table seems to be fenced off by the high back of the sofa, a sense of privacy and at the same time unobtrusive, but attentive service. Recommend 👌

It's a strange place. The kitchen is carried across the street in thermos bags. One girl, a bartender - waiter, is in a fierce heat, she doesn't have time for anything, I even feel sorry for her. No guests are welcomed, everyone comes and waits for someone to come up. Employees change shifts right during the evening service, they are asked to pay off and open a new account. Hookah is normal.
We need to work on the service guys!

We visited this hookah bar in Baranovichi once, everything was top and now we decided to go and see how it is in Minsk. We booked the table in advance, however, we were not warned that the kitchen was waiting for an hour. The hookah was a little bitter, but in general it was not bad, the taste that we chose was ending (somehow strange, this is a hookah bar), we were not warned about this and scored at our discretion.
The dishes were good and delicious.
In the end, the waiter ran up and asked to pay immediately, as it was necessary to close the shift. Ok, we agreed, we didn't have time to get acquainted with the check, we stood over our souls) we waited 5 minutes for the bill and the change back, but we had to call. The check was not given, arguing that it was closed. I don't know if they're hiding it) in general, in the end, they asked us to at least write so that we could get acquainted with the prices.
The hookah was considered a little more expensive, although they ordered a regular one. Mulled wine was counted according to some interesting scheme, but we no longer began to figure everything out.
Unfortunately, I will not recommend this place to anyone and we will not return there ourselves. Only if in Baranovichi :)

I put 4, not 3 stars only thanks to the hookah man, who worked for all 5. The hookah man was very attentive throughout the evening, the hookah was wonderful.
Further cons:
An hour after arrival, the waitress informed us that the reservation lasts two hours and it's time to know the honor or order a new hookah (it's unpleasant to hear this an hour after arrival).
Kitchen. We ordered two salads with shrimp and Quinoa. We waited for salads for 40 minutes and got two salads with burnt shrimp (for the first time in my whole life, shrimp were burned somewhere). A sea of mayonnaise and burnt shrimp)
It's very strange.
In general, come for a smoke, but eat at home)
